Domain Hosting Packages
If you have a Domain registration, Lite or Freehold packages with us then we provide the following availability of support for your service.
- Logged technical requests from this website - these are dealt with as a priority and in turn.
- 24 hr Voicemail and email enquiries - via 0870 747 4983 or technical@numogroup.net
- Telephone support at normal national rate call, from 09.00-17.30 GMT Mon -Fri (excl Bank Holidays) - via 0870 747 4983

Server Hosting Packages
The server packages come with a standard package for collocated servers that can be upgraded to different levels. You can contact technical services via the following methods:
- In normal office hours 09.00 - 17.30, you can contact our team on the central technical line 0870 747 4983.
- Outside of normal office hours you wold have been registered with a 24hr mobile phone response. You have to be registered to use this service.
- For non urgent requests use technical@numogroup.net to contact the team.
