Webspace

To make the most of your services ensure you put at least a holding page on the website space replacing the server setup page. You can do this easily using a website creation program such as MS Frontpage.

These are graphical website stats that enable you to track the visits and use of your website

You can access these by using your account username and password (the same as your FTP settings) and go to http://www.yourdomain.com/stats.

Site Admin

To make sure you have information about your webspace account we have an interface to your webspace through our Site Admin panel.

Go to http://www.yourdomain.com/siteadmin - again using the username and password from your FTP.

This will give you webspace used an other settings on your webspace.

There are two main areas to try before calling anyone for support.

Firstly, can you see the internet? If you only see the internet intermittently, then you may have a problem with your ADSL (they can be as unreliable as some dialups!)

Secondly, if you think it is a software problem - then contact your vendor for the email/web software that you are using and they should help quickly with your individual application.
