Here we help you to get the most from your account with Numo. All our accounts include the following standard services:

Webspace
- To make the most of your services ensure you put at least a holding page on the website space replacing the server setup page. You can do this easily using a website creation program such as MS Frontpage.
- This would be a better reflection of your business.
- Use the FTP details to access your webspace - we have useful set up guides to take you through the process.
- Follow the link 'Setting up services'.
Email
- Access this through your email program we have useful guides to setup the email services for various programs on this website.
- Follow the link 'Setting up Services' for these helpfiles
Webmail
- You can access any of your email accounts remotely from anywhere in the world, follow the 'Webmail' link on the left to access your account
- Remember your username is the full email address

Monitoring

We also provide useful administrative tools to control your account. These include the following:

Website statistics
- These are graphical website stats that enable you to track the visits and use of your website
- You can access these by using your account username and password (the same as your FTP settings) and go to http://www.yourdomain.com/stats.
Site Admin
- To make sure you have information about your webspace account we have an interface to your webspace through our Site Admin panel.
- Go to http://www.yourdomain.com/siteadmin - again using the username and password from your FTP.
- This will give you webspace used an other settings on your webspace.

Trouble shooting

We provide numerous information areas, here online to enable you to self diagnose your potential problem(s). The primary areas to try are:

This can be used to solve a number of email and/or web related problems
Work through the errors to see if it is a program error or an account error, to ensure that you get a fast resolution to your problem by contact the correct support department.

Suggestions

There are two main areas to try before calling anyone for support.
Firstly, can you see the internet? If you only see the internet intermittently, then you may have a problem with your ADSL (they can be as unreliable as some dialups!)
Secondly, if you think it is a software problem - then contact your vendor for the email/web software that you are using and they should help quickly with your individual application.

Webmail - use this to test your email - if this works then the problem is with your email program
Network status - these are third party stats that give an idea of the current status of our network.
