	*Datacentre background*
	The datacentre has 32Gbps of connectivity spread across widely-spaced connections through different telecommunication providers, giving an ultra-high speed, redundant network to multiple tier 1 ISP's with no vulnerability to a single point of failure. Within the datacentre, each cabinet is individually connected to the backbone through a multiple-stage hardware firewall and individually supplied with conditioned and guaranteed power and fire detection and prevention equipment. Environmental control and air conditioning is installed throughout the datacentre. The building is physically secure and monitored 24 hours per day. Traffic is pro-actively monitored 24 hours per day in order to detect and prevent intrusion attempts. All the technical staff are experienced and Cisco-qualified engineers. All visitors to the datacentre are escorted at all times and admitted by electronic pass.
